• Today believe it or not I had the privilege of having my sceptic tank emptied by a Clive from Shanahan’s Strange as it may sound as it’s not a procedure I warm to but in this case it was a necessity! Firstly initial contact with the company who immediately recognised my dilemma and gave me the next available appointment at 7.30am the next day Then on time came CLIVE huge tanker and all, down our narrow drive. Twice he had to reverse some 60 yard to let neighbours get to work and an to an emergency dental appointment Once set up he emptied the tank only to find the soil pipe was blocked, to cut a long story short he sucked, blew, sucked again and eventually power jetted the blockage away (mechanically) that is staying nearly an hour in the process In this day and age people are quick to moan and complain and seldom, give praise but rest assured in Clive you have a real gem. Nothing is too much trouble. Amazon always ask How was your delivery? How many stars, was it on time, respect of property etc etc, but NEVER have I ticked the above and beyond but with Clive that box if there was such a box I would tick it.
